Making a complaint

We take all complaints seriously. In the first instance, we encourage you to speak with your Aneira Health Care Coordinator or Professional, who may resolve the issue directly or escalate it internally.This is information about you which we use to create and manage your account. It can include your name, address, contact details and bank details.

If you're not satisfied or prefer to raise a formal complaint, please contact us via the same feedback channels listed above.

Please note:

  • Complaints should be raised as soon as possible and within 12 months of the issue.
  • If you're complaining on someone else's behalf, written consent from the service user is required.

What to expect

Once we receive your formal complaint:

  • Acknowledgement within 3 working days
  • Investigation by the Head of Nursing, Chief Medical Officer, or a delegate
  • Written response within 25 working days, outlining findings and actions taken (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS) for further support.
