Our Partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

Better women's health for the women who deliver it.

At Aneira Health, our mission is to build healthcare for women, that fits around their lives, not retrofitted to them. Last week we announced a new partnership, with one of London’s largest NHS Trusts, Guy’s and St Thomas’, a first-of-its-kind workplace women’s health service to revolutionise healthcare, and support, empower and care for the women in our NHS.

This partnership marks an exciting step forward in our vision of delivering truly integrated, personalised care that understands the realities of women’s health. We haven’t created a single solution: we’ve redesigned a healthcare system that is truly built for women’s bodies. This collaboration with Guy’s and St Thomas’ means that NHS staff have access to advanced, clinically backed and expert care for their individual health journeys.

Women make up nearly half the UK workforce, but health systems weren't created to address the specific needs we face throughout our lives. From managing endometriosis or menopause symptoms at work, to navigating fertility journeys while trying to stay productive and advance their career, too many women are left to figure it out on their own.

We’re changing that.

At Aneira, we see women’s health as a workforce issue, a productivity issue, and a leadership issue. When women don’t get the support they need, their careers and wellbeing suffer, along with the organisations they help drive forward.

This new programme will give a cohort of over 1000 members of staff at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation Trust early access to Aneira’s digital-first, whole-life healthcare platform and service. One of the UK’s leading NHS Trusts, Guy’s and St Thomas’ has long championed both innovation and staff wellbeing, making them an ideal partner to launch this initiative.

This programme isn’t a workplace perk. It’s a glimpse into the future of women’s healthcare, where proactive, specialist, and integrated care is an accessible part of everyday life, including work. By starting in the workplace, we’re meeting women where they are, removing barriers to care, and helping organisations invest meaningfully in their people.

Together with Guy’s and St Thomas’, we’re delivering a workplace health service that fits around the lives and needs of female staff. Our goal is to shape a model of care that can be rolled out to workplaces across the UK, because when women are well, we all do better.

Over the coming months, we’ll be working closely with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust to evaluate the programme, gather feedback, and continue honing this system that works for women. We’re incredibly grateful to the staff participating in the programme, and to our partners at the Trust for their leadership in advancing women’s health.

If you’re an employer interested in bringing Aneira Health to your organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
